"And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." (1 Corinthians 15:26) God promises that he will soon wipe away and reverse the effects of this enemy that causes so much pain. Your precious Mr Patterson will be brought back to you and you will never have to experience the pain of losing him ever again. This is a promise from God! (John 5: 28,29)

Dear Lori and Darrin: Although I never had the chance to meet Dene, the description in his obituary makes it clear he was a loving, hard-working, wonderful man who was devoted to his family. When I read about him being in the Airborne, I smiled because my father was Airborne, too. I also enjoyed imagining him playing cards and board games with the kids -- and giving them Bible verses. Steve and I send our deepest sympathy to you and your entire family and wish you peace and comfort. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. Lisa
